President and CEO
Jeffrey Christian founded Beacon Recruiting & Consulting, LLC (BRC) in 2005. He has served as the firm’s president since its inception. Prior to his efforts at BRC, Christian spent nearly 10 years working with one of the USA’s largest recruiting firms. Since 2005, the BRC has operated offices in New York City, Switzerland, and Ohio. The firm's operations presently center in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area.
Christian holds a B.S. in Microbiology from The Ohio State University. He has worked in healthcare and the food & beverage industry as a manager and technician. A substantial portion of his life has been dedicated to charitable organizations that involve children. As a co-founder and past President of the Columbus Ice Hockey Club, Christian worked closely with the organization’s participants, board members, and sponsors towards establishing a premier athletic program that serves at-risk children. He has also worked and volunteered with Ice Hockey in Harlem and other charitable organizations.
Managing Account Executive
Mitchell Levine joined Beacon Recruiting and Consulting in the summer of 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University. Mitchell makes his home in Columbus, Ohio, where he is an active participant in local hockey activities. Mitchell specializes in the placement of Life Underwriters
